The former coach of a boy whose mother was allegedly stabbed to death at Cairns last week says the tragedy has left the community in “disbelief”.Ricky Cowan, 47, was charged with murder on Tuesday after police found the body of his partner Crystal Ratcliffe at their Woree home last Thursday.
