Woman used machete in Neutral Bay Woolworths robbery: police

Members of the public tackled a woman to the ground after she allegedly used a machete to hold-up a busy supermarket on Sydney’s lower north shore during Tuesday night’s evening rush.The two bystanders restrained the 31-year-old alleged thief until police arrived and arrested her over the robbery at the Woolworths supermarket in Neutral Bay about 6.30pm on Tuesday.
